The single bulb holder which acts as an umbrella holder and light stand adapter has been Integrated as one piece, providing fast and easy installation
4 x 33" (84cm) Umbrellas which includes 2 x Soft Diffuser Umbrellas and 2 x Silver Reflective Umbrellas
125W / 5400K Energy Saving Light Spiral Bulb, which features an E27 base and a light output equivalent to a 625W regular incandescent bulb. (5400K is the kelvin colour temperature which is the closest equivalent to natural lighting. This prevents colour aberration)

Tracking numbers are issued via our automated email system, however if you do not receive your tracking number, please message our helpful staff and we'll attempt to provide as much information regarding your order as possible.
Insurance: We offer shipping insurance through Route for a small fee, which covers Lost, Stolen or Damaged Goods during transit. We strongly advise selecting this option during checkout for peace of mind. Please note that Route Shipping Insurance only covers transit issues. For any issues deemed as a manufacturer's fault please contact our friendly customer service team.
Click and Collect at our Sydney Showroom: Please allow approximately 1 hour from the time you order online before pick up or just simply give us a ring to confirm or if it's urgent. Pick up is available from Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm.
Delivery of Paper Roll Backdrops: Due to the size of paper backdrop deliveries, delivery to outside metro areas will incur additional charges. This includes outside capital cities in VIC, QLD, SA, WA, TAS and NT. We reserve the right to contact and quote relevant shipping charges to the postcode for delivery.
*Metro Capital Cities include: Sydney, Canberra, Wollongong, Gold Coast, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Hobart or Darwin.
*International Shipping Customs: Customers outside Australia may also be liable for any customs and import duties, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. The final decision is decided by your country's import regulations. You may contact your local customs agent if you have any questions regarding additional fees on your shipment.
