NOTE: All orders that are processed before 12pm AEST (Australian Eastern Time) will be shipped on the same day from Sydney Metro. Any orders received after 12pm AEST will be processed the following day. Our Sydney warehouse takes a well deserved break on weekends and public holidays. Click and Collect is available at our Mascot showroom. We use a wide variety of shipping carriers which all provide tracking details.

*Please note: Due to the size of paper backdrop deliveries, delivery to outside metro areas will incur additional charges. This includes outside capital cities in VIC, QLD, SA, WA, TAS and NT. We reserve the right to contact and quote relevant shipping charges to the postcode for delivery.

Delivery time is measured from when your order is dispatched and do not include any hold ups that may occur due to local custom procedures. Orders are dispatched once every day from Monday to Friday.
Customs: Customers outside Australia may also be liable for any customs and import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. The final decision is decided by your country's import regulations. You may contact your local customs agent if you have any questions regarding additional fees on your shipment.
