All orders that are processed before 12pm AEST (Australian Eastern Time) will be shipped on the same day from Sydney Metro. Any orders received after 12pm AEST will be processed the following day. Our Sydney warehouse takes a well deserved break on weekends and public holidays. Pick up is available at our Sydney showroom. We use a wide variety of shipping carriers which all provide tracking details. All deliveries within Australia are facilitated by Australia Post, Startrack or other courier services depending on the method you select during checkout and the dimensions/weight of the package. Generally, we dispatch within 24 hours of receiving your order unless otherwise stated. We have a quick turnaround time on postage and handling. Tracking numbers are issued via our automated email system, however if you do not receive your tracking number, please message our helpful staff and we'll attempt to provide as much information regarding your order as possible.
Insurance: We offer shipping insurance through Route for a small fee, which covers Lost, Stolen or Damaged Goods during transit. We strongly advise selecting this option during checkout for peace of mind. Please note that Route Shipping Insurance only covers transit issues. For any issues deemed as a manufacturer's fault please contact our friendly customer service team.
Click and Collect at our Sydney Showroom: Please allow approximately 1 hour from the time you order online before pick up or just simply give us a ring to confirm or if it's urgent. Pick up is available from Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm.
Delivery of Paper Roll Backdrops: Due to the size of paper backdrop deliveries, delivery to outside metro areas will incur additional charges. This includes outside capital cities in VIC, QLD, SA, WA, TAS and NT. We reserve the right to contact and quote relevant shipping charges to the postcode for delivery.
*Metro Capital Cities include: Sydney, Canberra, Wollongong, Gold Coast, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Hobart or Darwin.
*International Shipping Customs: Customers outside Australia may also be liable for any customs and import duties, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. The final decision is decided by your country's import regulations. You may contact your local customs agent if you have any questions regarding additional fees on your shipment.
