Description

The Heavy Duty Sandbag is a 10kg-rated empty sandbag designed to provide added stability for your photographic equipment. Featuring double zipper compartments on both sides for extra protection, this sandbag allows you to fill it with your choice of weighted material such as sand, lead shot, gym weights, or bottles of water (all sold separately). The bag is orange and black for high visibility, making it easy to spot in any setup. It can be mounted to light stand boom arms, flat lay extension arms, or used as a counterweight for camera tripods to prevent tipping and ensure greater stability.

Nicely designed and made ballast bag

Not sure it is big enough to get to 10kg unless it was filled with lead shot, but it’s heavy enough for my needs just filled with gravel.

I appreciate the level of detail in the construction, such as having double zipper on each pocket, and the orange stripes are great for visibility to stop people tripping over it.
