    Great experience overall. Very helpful before I placed my order with any questions and or concerns, I had. My order arrived very quickly and in good order. There was one issue with one part of my order which I mentioned to Hypop where there was a double up of stands and not a crossbar. Hypop sent out a replacement ASAP and I used that box in which it arrived in and a new label which they generated in order to send it back. I will be back to order more photography equipment in time.     Easy to assemble, sturdy and great size.

    I phoned about this item and the customer service representative was very knowledgable, kind and friendly. It is exactly as described and perfect for my needs. I was very satisfied with the dispatch and delivery timing. It was packed and sent in a timely manner (though on backorder but available to be sent from the warehouse. I like using this stand with canvas (and paper). If the poles are too long you can actually remove two of them at the ends so it makes it easy to move around or keep up without packing everything up. Smart design and size. Highly recommended and very happy overall. Thank you Hypop!
