As sellers of Spectrum Aurora LED lighting products we are required by law to ensure all of our products are safe and compliant with Australian and International Standards. As a registered business and importer we also offer full product warranty and public liability. Our main product compliance requirements include the following key electrical safety standards and EMC standards. Where necessary our products meet the electrical safety requirements of the Electrical (Consumer Safety) Act 2004 (regulated by NSW Fair Trading). This typically pertains to all products known as declared items such as power supplies and LED drivers. Also known as SAA approval, C-tick or RCM (Regulatory Compliance Mark).

Tracking numbers are issued via our automated email system, however if you do not receive your tracking number, please message our helpful staff and we'll attempt to provide as much information regarding your order as possible.

Insurance: We offer shipping insurance through Route for a small fee, which covers Lost, Stolen or Damaged Goods during transit. We strongly advise selecting this option during checkout for peace of mind. Please note that Route Shipping Insurance only covers transit issues. For any issues deemed as a manufacturer's fault please contact our friendly customer service team.

Click and Collect at our Sydney Showroom: Please allow approximately 1 hour from the time you order online before pick up or just simply give us a ring to confirm or if it's urgent. Pick up is available from Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm.

Delivery of Paper Roll Backdrops: Due to the size of paper backdrop deliveries, delivery to outside metro areas will incur additional charges. This includes outside capital cities in VIC, QLD, SA, WA, TAS and NT. We reserve the right to contact and quote relevant shipping charges to the postcode for delivery.

*Metro Capital Cities include: Sydney, Canberra, Wollongong, Gold Coast, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Hobart or Darwin.

*International Shipping Customs: Customers outside Australia may also be liable for any customs and import duties, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. The final decision is decided by your country's import regulations. You may contact your local customs agent if you have any questions regarding additional fees on your shipment.
